The University of Wisconsin Golf Training Center was dedicated on November 16, 2012. University Ridge is one of the finest golf courses in the state of Wisconsin and with the addition of this new $2.8 million facility, it will rank among the top collegiate indoor and outdoor golf training centers in the country. The highlights of this all season training center include locker room space for both men’s and women’s golf teams, team meeting and study rooms, team room showcasing UW’s golf legacy, multiple heated hitting bays available for year-round use, state-of-the-art video capability for swing analysis, putting lab and a chipping and putting area.
Thanks in large part to the visionary leadership of donors Bob Bruce and Ab Nicholas, this state-of-the-art golf training center is an investment in our infrastructure and will give Badger student-athletes the advantage they need to succeed at the highest level now and in the future.
Wisconsin Athletics thank all those who have helped make the UW Golf Training Center possible, and especially the donors who made gifts in support of this project listed here.
