Shay Davidson

Shay serves Wisconsin Athletics as the Associate Director of Stewardship and Engagement. In this role, she leads efforts to build and strengthen relationships with donors through strategic communication, events, and personalized engagement, ensuring donors feel valued and connected to the impact of their support.

She joins the Badgers from Xavier University, where she served as Assistant Director of the All For One Fund, supporting athletics fundraising through donor management, event coordination, and annual giving initiatives. Before her time with the Musketeers, Shay completed a development fellowship at UC Davis.

A former college student-athlete, she understands what it takes to balance academics and athletics. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
