Scott Fletcher

Scott Fletcher serves Wisconsin Athletics and the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA) as the Managing Senior Director of Development. He has been with WFAA since 2019, bringing more than a decade of fundraising and leadership experience to the team. Most recently with WFAA, he worked with the College of Agricultural & Life Sciences and prior with the School of Nursing where he led a record-setting fundraising campaign. In his current role, Scott helps shape fundraising strategies, collaborates closely with campus, and secures impactful gifts supporting capital projects, scholarships, and operational priorities. Known for building meaningful relationships and driving strategic fundraising success, Scott is passionate about helping supporters make a lasting impact on Wisconsin Athletics.

Prior to returning home to Wisconsin, Scott worked for West Virginia University where he advanced development efforts for the College of Law and at the University of Tennessee Athletic Department in the Tennessee Fund and Ticket Office.

A life-long Badger fan and native of Mukwonago, Wisconsin, he attended the University of Tennessee BS ’13 and West Virginia University MS ‘16. Scott currently lives in Sun Prairie with his wife, Danielle, son, Hank, and two dogs.
